Dean Madere 2010 Candidate for Colorado's 4th Congressional District

Dean Madere for Congress 2010 - Bring America HomeDean Madere - Republican Candidate for the 4th Congressional District in Colorado in the 2010 Election.

The First Question
“The first question” that must be asked of any piece of legislation is whether or not it violates or surpasses the authority given to me by the Constitution. If the answer is yes, it must not be passed.”

As your congressman, my first allegiance will be to the Constitution of the United States. Part of the oath of office is to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic," This cannot be ignored. Too many times our representatives surpass the authority given to them for what they say are “the right reasons.” We must remember that if the law of the land can be ignored for the supposed "right reasons", it can be ignored for the wrong reasons as well.  Principles should always win over politics.

Congressional Candidate Dean Madere to participate in Tenth Amendment Summit featuring Judge Andrew Napolitano as a key note speaker.

Republican Dean Madere, the Constitutional Candidate in the 4th Congressional District in Colorado,  will be attending “The Tenth Amendment Summit” on February 25th and 26th in Atlanta, Georgia.

Candidates from across the country who support a return to State Sovereignty have been invited to participate in this two-day event. The public and media are invited to attend the second day of the summit.  Dean will be speaking along with featured Speakers that include Judge Andrew Napolitano.

“I am running for office because I believe we can restore our republic,” said Candidate Dean Madere.  “This summit supports everything that I have wanted to do in building a coalition of like minded candidates across the country to bring us back to the founding principles of our Constitution”

The Tenth Amendment Summit is sponsored and paid for by the Georgia First Committee to Elect Ray McBerry, and co-sponsored by the Tenth Amendment Center.

Thanks, and remember we can "Bring America Home" to its founding principles.
